AI sales coaching

You can’t be on every call. Live Advisor can.

Live Advisor is an AI sales coach that is with your rep on every call and coaches them in real time, using your playbook and your company’s context from the Brain. You can’t be on every call; it can. New reps are productive from their first call instead of after months of ramp. And anyone on your team can run a strong sales call, even if selling isn’t their trade.

Who it’s for
Sales leaders

Be on every call without being on every call.

Your calendar cannot hold every ride-along. Live Advisor coaches each rep during the call with the playbook you wrote, then files the recording, transcript and summary in The Brain so you see how it went.

Teams that hire

Productive from the first call.

A new rep’s first real call comes with live answers about your product, your deals and your competitors, drawn from the Brain. They sell on day one and learn the details as they go. Why the live call is where ramp is won

Founders and non-sellers

Anyone can sell.

Technical founders, engineers running demos, anyone selling who isn’t a salesperson by trade. Live Advisor gives you the next question and the answer to the objection while the buyer is still on the call.

One platform

Before the call, during the call, after the call.

If your team has never had call recording, transcripts or post-call review, Scoot includes all of it. Prep before the meeting, coaching during it, a recording, transcript and summary after, and The Brain connecting every step.

Included in Scoot

Pre-call prepWho’s on the call, what happened last time, what to bring up.
In-call coachingLive Advisor, in a private panel, while the buyer is still there.
Recording & transcriptEvery call, on Scoot or anywhere else.
SummaryWritten the moment the call ends.
Post-call coachingWhat worked, what didn’t, what’s next.
The BrainYour company’s memory, informing every step.
The Brain

Live Advisor knows your company because The Brain does.

The Brain is Scoot’s memory of your business. Live Advisor reads from it during the call and writes back to it after. Nothing you learn in a meeting gets lost.

Your CRM, in the call

Connect your CRM to The Brain and Live Advisor coaches with the deal history, the contacts and the notes your team already has. No prep doc, no tab-switching.

Ask about any meeting

Every call is recorded, transcribed and summarized into The Brain. Chat with it like a colleague who was in every meeting: what did they object to, who else was on the call, what did we promise.

Your data, in any AI tool

The Brain MCP lets you query your Scoot data from whatever AI assistant your team already uses. Your meetings stay yours, wherever you work.

Chat with the Brain prompt: ask anything about your meetings, across meetings, contacts and docs
The Brain preparing a seller for a call: what happened last time, what you owe them, what to bring up, with sources
How it works

Three steps, no new habits for your buyer.

  1. Your rep joins the call

In a Scoot room, or on any other meeting platform or desktop dialer with Live Advisor Anywhere running from the desktop app.

  2. Live Advisor listens and coaches

Suggested questions, objection handling and competitive context appear in a private panel as the conversation moves.

  3. Recorded, transcribed, summarized

The recording, transcript and summary land in The Brain the moment the call ends. Ask it anything about the meeting, or about the last twenty.

What happens, concretely

What Live Advisor draws on, what the rep sees, and what the buyer doesn’t.

What it draws from the Brain
Deal history and contacts from your CRM. Transcripts and summaries of past calls on this account, including what was promised. Your product documentation, pricing rules, and competitive positioning. The methodology your team sells with. You connect these once; the Brain keeps them current.
What the rep sees
A private panel beside the call. As the conversation moves, it shows the next discovery question to ask, the answer to the objection just raised, the competitor position when a competitor is named, and the commitment from the last call when it comes up. Suggestions are short enough to read without breaking eye contact.
What the buyer sees
Nothing new. Live Advisor runs on the rep’s own machine, so nothing appears in the participant list and nothing changes on the buyer’s screen. On other platforms, Live Advisor Anywhere is excluded from screen capture.
Where it runs
Natively in Scoot, or on the meeting platform and desktop dialer your team already uses, from the Scoot desktop app for Mac and Windows. Both modes use the same Brain. Native mode adds sub-second response, speaker identification, and a read on the whole room.
What it needs on day one
A connected CRM and your documents. It does not need weeks of a new rep’s own call recordings before it is useful, because it draws on what the company already knows, not on what the rep has recorded so far.
An example

The technical question the rep can’t answer.

A buyer asks, mid-call, whether your product supports their identity provider. The new rep doesn’t know. Training last month didn’t cover it. A post-call analysis tool will flag the stumble tomorrow. Live Advisor pulls the answer from your product docs and the last call where it came up, and shows it in the panel while the buyer is still on the line. The rep answers, and the conversation keeps going.

Selling takes skill and knowledge, and most people start with one. A new rep can run a call but doesn’t know your product yet; a technical founder knows the product cold and has never run discovery. Live Advisor covers both halves: the next question and the handling of the moment for the founder, the answer from your docs, CRM and past calls for the rep. The answers are why it is connected to the Brain.

Common questions

The things people ask before they book.

Can my buyer see it?
No. Live Advisor runs in a private panel on your side. Live Advisor Anywhere is also excluded from screen capture, so it stays out of anything you share.
Does a bot join the call?
No. Live Advisor runs on the rep's own machine and hears the call the way the rep does. Nothing new appears in the buyer's participant list.
Do we have to move our meetings to Scoot?
No. Live Advisor Anywhere runs on the meeting platform or desktop dialer you already use, from the Scoot desktop app for Mac and Windows. Meetings that run on Scoot get full fidelity: sub-second response, a read on the whole room, and an advisor for every participant.
How much call history does it need before it is useful?
None. Live Advisor is useful on a rep's first call because it draws on what is already in the Brain: your CRM, your documents and playbooks, and any calls your team has recorded. It does not need weeks of the new rep's own calls to start coaching.
Do we still need our notetaker?
No. Scoot records the meeting, writes the transcript and the summary, and files them in the Brain, where you can ask about any call in plain language.
Does it work with our sales methodology?
Yes. Live Advisor supports any methodology, including the one your team already uses.
What does it cost?
Live Advisor is included on the Free plan ($0, for individual sellers). Pro is $99 per seat per month billed annually and adds pre-call briefs, post-call analysis, and searchable conversation memory. Team is $149 per seat per month billed annually and adds Live Advisor for every participant on your team, manager scorecards, a shared Brain, CRM sync, and SSO. Full detail on the pricing page.
