Do my prospects need an account?
No. Guests join free from a link in the browser, nothing to install.
What happens when I hit the free limits?
The only limit on Free is 50 GB of recordings — about six months if you record every call. Nothing gets deleted when you reach it; you add storage or upgrade. Live Advisor and Brain memory stay unlimited.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Never. Scoot is SOC 2 Type II compliant; the report is available under NDA.
Can I bring my own CRM?
Yes. The Brain syncs with it, or the Brain can be your system of record.
