Kumaran Ramanathan Joins Scoot Board of Directors

Former President of Foundry, an IDG Company, and expert in Tech Marketing and Sales Joins Scoot to Accelerate Growth

Dallas, TX – August 20, 2024 – Scoot, the experiential meeting and webinar platform that captivates customers and accelerates sales, today announced the appointment of Kumaran Ramanathan to its Board of Directors.

Ramanathan brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Scoot, having served as President of Foundry for six years. With over 30 years of experience across multiple geographies and products, Ramanathan is a recognized expert in the tech sector with a proven track record in helping companies build and execute their pipeline.

This appointment to Scoot’s board coincided with the company’s blockbuster summer product release, which included new capabilities for hosting webinars and customer-facing meetings and events.

A lot of prospects don’t want to interact with anyone at the top of the funnel,” Stevens says. “At the mid and lower funnel, though, it’s all about giving the buyers a rich and valuable experience.
